OUELH currently owns a piece of land of approximately 244,136 sq ft, and a building located at North Changjiang Road, New District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, the People’s Republic of China.
In October 2019, OUELH completed its acquisition of the management and operations of a Grade II 100-bed hospital located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Subjected to regulatory approvals, the Company intends to rename the hospital to Wuxi Lippo Xi Nan Hospital.
